Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at Shane Co., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for administering new hire paperwork, overseeing the training and development of office and shop staff, and coordinating weekly office meetings and bi-weekly shop meetings.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining store schedules, initiating and ensuring all gold buy transactions and processes are followed, and monitoring and maintaining overall efficiency of office and shop operations.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring customer concerns and complaints are addressed and resolved in an efficient and timely manner, and working with the Facilities Department to address all issues of store appearance and maintenance.

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual with strong leadership skills and a drive to get things done correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, leading, developing, training, and/or supervising others
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or other customer service experience in a face-to-face environment
