Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 to $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

We are seeking a dedicated Product Consultant with a focus on JDA/RP WMS and Supply Chain Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management systems and the ability to drive impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Job Description:

Lead the implementation and optimization of JDA/RP WMS solutions to improve supply chain operations.

- Oversee the integration of warehouse management systems with existing supply chain processes.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain management to ensure efficient operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the supply chain.

- Facilitate training sessions for team members on new systems and processes.

- Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Implement strategies to enhance warehouse management and inventory control.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve supply chain efficiency.

- Support the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in JDA/RP WMS with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrate expertise in supply chain management and warehouse management systems.

- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Show proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools.

- Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational issues.

- Hold a bachelors degree in a related field a masters degree is a plus.

- Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
