Entech’s GradTech Program is an opportunity for recent graduates to receive a digital mentorship to propel into the Computer Aided Technologies Engineering field with the support of leadership, accelerating growth and professional development.

GradTech Framework:

Paid Training- The first few weeks of employment begins as an intensive training program with our seasoned team leadership with continuous mentorship to learn the needed tools, strategies and working environment to ensure a successful start to project and expectations.


Ongoing Training- continuous mentorship once live on project, a support team helps review, coach overcome hurdles speeding independent development and cultivating collaboration- leading to innovation and encouragement of new ideas.


Requirements:

  • 0 -3 years professional experience
  • Passion for Computer Aided Technologies to aid in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of products - an excitement and eagerness to learn and work with one of the top application development platforms (PTC) on Augmented Reality and CAD technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Experience with Software Development and basic coding fundamentals: Hands on experience (school, personal project or internship experience) Java, Python, .Net or other coding languages- must be able to demonstrate code
  • Ability to listen and learn- active listening, understanding full situations and proposing solutions
  • Creative thinking, excitement to share ideas, receive feedback and learn continuously
  • Ability to operate independently- after training and mentorship able to work at a problem independently, knowing when to elevate for leadership insights, and when to keep working to find a solution


Preferred Skills:

  • PTC Platform (or other no-code/low-code platforms)
  • Comfortable building apps on the platform
  • SolidWorks experience preferred
  • Configurations
  • APIs/Integrations with other Enterprise tools
  • Basic data layer/flow concepts
  • Java, microservices architecture, and general software development patterns and concepts
  • Knowledge/experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with code repositories like bitbucket or GitHub
  • Customer service experience
