Sales Development Representative

In this position you will be the first touchpoint for new customers who are evaluating Usage AI for their business. You will be communicating with decision-makers across a wide range of industries, articulating Usage AI solutions, and driving new revenue opportunities.


The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Run multiple outbound campaigns across different channels (cold-calling, email, LinkedIn, etc) to win over new customers
  • Work closely with management to research and develop target lists, outreach strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities and lead generation
  • Conduct high level conversations with business owners and IT decision-makers
  • Running Demos to convert leads into customers


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of sales or SDR experience
  • Willingness to adopt a “smile-and-dial” approach. Sales is a numbers game, and we are seeking people who remain upbeat and poised in the face of rejection.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Competitive attitude with a desire to win as a team.
