We're currently seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and commitment to excellence.



Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in generating new business and building relationships. This commission-based role is ideal for driven individuals who thrive on challenges and are eager to excel in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to our products and services.

•Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, cold email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.

•Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospects’ needs and offer customized solutions.

•Schedule appointments for prospects with our experienced advisors.

•Stay informed on all aspects of sales and keep up-to-date with training opportunities.



Qualifications:

•No experience needed

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

•High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
