Responsibilities
· Provide an outstanding customer experience, from start to finish through their ordering experience
· Consult with customers and internal production team through the art process from setting up their logo through final production
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by consulting and finding the right solutions
· Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
· Manage customer communication in a timely manner and ensure order is flowing within our stated lead times
· Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS system
· Support customer needs through effective use of order management software and internal communication
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a customer support or sales role
· Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
· Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
· Organized and strong attention to detail
· Familiar with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
· Ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
· Highly reliable and punctual
· Flexible and adaptable to change
· Comfortable working in a start-up environment
· Driven and eager to learn and grow your career
