We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to join our team in an exciting sales role.


Job Responsibilities:


Sales:

  • Make recommendations on plumbing repairs to large customers, taking into account our diagnostic and the needs of the customer


Customer Communication:

  • Send emails and messages to customers promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on job status.
  • Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.


Job Coordination:

  • Help schedule and coordinate plumbing jobs with field technicians and property managers.
  • Ensure all necessary instructions and communications are sent to relevant parties.
  • Track job progress and follow up on pending tasks.


Post-Site Visit Reports:

  • Create detailed and accurate post-site visit reports.
  • Organize, maintain and improve customer facing job reports


Task and Appointment Management:

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and minutes for meetings.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update records and databases.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar role.
  • Very Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in tasks management software, creating reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Notion, Coda
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the plumbing or property management industry is a plus but not required. Will be required to take a 1-3 day plumbing introduction course
