Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Procurement Specialist to manage membership rosters, contracting, and pricing activations across various GPO platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to streamline procurement processes and resolve pricing eligibility issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process membership rosters from GPO platforms, ensuring accurate uploads to SAP.
  • Develop and maintain class of trade (COT) rosters to support effective contracting strategies.
  • Maintain Excel files for membership lists, reviewing and approving letters of commitment for price positioning and tier management.
  • Oversee GPO price activations, interpret eligibility requirements, and ensure members are placed in the correct tier based on business goals.
  • Respond to membership eligibility queries from field reps, distributors, and customer service, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Research and respond to customer service requests related to pricing eligibility for direct sales customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve order blocks and escalate pricing issues to the appropriate team.
  • Work with the Contract Specialist team to coordinate new contract setups and address Trade Org creation needs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and membership changes, assisting with the review of discrepant rebates.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to streamline procurement activities and implement process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Strong detail orientation and accuracy in handling complex data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Experience with GPO platforms and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
