We are currently seeking a Banking Administrative Assistant for a leading global financial services firm. As a Banking Administrative Assistant, you'll work to support 25+ junior bankers at various levels within the firm. This is a demanding role which requires extensive support from a highly competent, proactive, independent, and process driven individual. Your Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls across different time zones.
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Handle calendar management for bankers at the Associate level and above.
  • Arrange room bookings for internal and external meetings, including video conferences across various locations.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the team, such as visa applications, international flights, and accommodations.
  • Book cars for team members as needed.
  • Process expenses promptly and manage expense reports.
  • Handle invoice processing efficiently.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks while maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Provide support for day-to-day issues, needs, and queries within the team.
  • Offer phone and holiday coverage for colleagues.


What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Skilled at managing competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks
  • Dependable with high attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, via Zoom, and through email
