Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the organization's compensation programs
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to develop competitive compensation packages
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and salary structures
- Design and implement incentive and bonus programs
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends for senior management
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on compensation-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related role
- Must have previous experience owning a compensation or merit program; directly contributing to formulating a program from scratch
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
