Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Paid Social Media Strategist to lead and manage paid social programs across multiple clients. This role will require strategic thinking, expert execution, and the ability to drive successful social media campaigns that align with our clients' business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale paid social campaigns, with a focus on performance optimization and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic lead across multiple clients, defining paid social programs and managing the completion of required tasks to support strategy execution.
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day paid social activities for multiple clients, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
  • Identify and implement new paid social strategies to benefit our clients, staying current with the latest developments in the paid social landscape.
  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns, translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations to enhance campaign strategy and drive performance improvements.
  • Format and prepare regular campaign performance reports, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Create, categorize, and refine targeting strategies to develop comprehensive campaigns that drive qualified traffic to client sites.
  • Implement and analyze experiments across targeting tactics, ad creative, and formats, drawing conclusions on how to optimize campaigns to meet company goals.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to both internal teams and clients in formal and informal settings.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, status reports, and timelines, ensuring all projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Manage the trafficking of campaigns and creative assets through various ad platforms.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand the scope of client engagement and differentiate the client from competitors.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's product, business culture, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide input for or develop measurement frameworks across paid social plans, consulting with internal teams and clients on implementation and quality assurance.
  • Oversee and verify billing and reconciliation for client social spending, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide and document best practice points of view (POVs) in relevant social media areas.
  • Lead internal department or agency training sessions (101s/201s) and ongoing information sharing to keep client teams informed of key social media topics, issues, and developments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, all fields will be considered with relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting or equivalent client-side marketing experience, with a focus on multiple campaign management; B2B experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale paid social campaigns, with a track record of delivering strong results.
  • Experience with international paid social campaigns is a plus.
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while delivering on goals and deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-facing focus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to produce polished, client-ready work independently.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, X Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required
