***This is a temp-to-hire hybrid role located in Palo Alto, CA.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with in depth employee onboarding
  • Coordinate Executive and Leadership off-sites
  • Manage projects, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of items
  • Manage company-wide HR related communications
  • Utilize creative and standard methods to create procedures that foster excellent communication and overall optimized productivity
  • Ensure alignment for various teams, supporting executives with operations as needed
  • Create presentation items, such as PowerPoints, emails, or other communications, to keep internal and external actors up to date on progress of projects
  • Manage and update internal systems and dashboards, updating HR data and running reports, and creating presentations
  • Create employee surveys. Polls, and quizzes
  • Additional items as needed to optimize project completion and employee success


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years within a role managing C-level projects and the HR/Program management
  • A Bachelors degree is preferred
  • A collaborator, ready to join a team and get to work
  • Incredible skills in attention to detail, able to juggle deadlines with ease
  • Experience within early stage and larger tech relevant industries and ability to work across teams (in a domestic and international capacity)
  • Training in formal project management (Project Management Professional Certification preferred)
  • Technological skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and SharePoint


Salary Range

$120K - $160K base salary range.
