Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Inside Sales Representative located in Rocklin, California at a reputable company. You should have no less than two years of experience in a customer service and no less than five years of technical knowledge of pumps, filtration and/or the like. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service and support to end users, distributors and resellers, acting as primary contact. You will provide detailed quotes, answer technical questions and process orders and inquiries. This position requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude and desire to continuously learn about our products and services.


This position is Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with occasional overtime required).


The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative job responsibilities Include:

  • Providing an accurate and timely response to customer inquiries through various channels of communication.
  • Partnering with our suppliers to provide a prompt solution to customer and Dealer concerns and complaints.
  • Act as the technical expert for the wide range of products we distribute. We will train on the specifics.
  • Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with venders and shippers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Make outbound calls to targeted customers with a focus on customer relations.
  • Process and review orders and requests received in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Provide system generated acknowledgments to all orders as released.
  • Incorporates Companies Core Values into day-to-day activities and behaviors.
  • Communicates with and treats all departments, company personnel, and customers with courtesy, integrity, respect, and professionalism.
  • Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills – Office 365, Typing, Email.
  • Good phone skills

Qualifications:

  • Prior technical sales/customer service experience required.
  • Water treatment industry experience required.
  • Minimum high school diploma required; degree would be a plus.
