I am partnered with a top-notch international energy recruitment firm looking to scale its business here in Houston, TX. They have an excellent reputation and are in the process of rapidly scaling the business due to their success over the last few years. They are looking for a new experienced business development manager. This individual will have an outstanding recruitment team supporting all the business they bring in. The focus will be to bring contract business within the gulf coast energy markets.


Responsibilities

  • Help in scaling the business by bringing in new clients
  • Work closely with delivery teams to provide a high level of service to clients
  • Deepen relationships with clients to provide all levels of services from contract and direct hire business


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience; ideally contract staffing
  • strong experience with recruitment in the energy and/or oil & gas markets
  • track record of producing solid revenue
  • experience working CAPEX projects a plus
