What are the key role responsibilities?

  • Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, & availability. Provide ongoing customer support & proactive follow-up
  • GROW Hunt for new customers and applications while also maintaining your current account base
  • Discover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations
  • Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications
  • Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your role
  • Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor)
