- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy; update information as needed.
- Insurance Verification: Collect insurance information and verify eligibility prior to patient visits.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments for services rendered and manage billing inquiries.
- Office Organization: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized restocking supplies as necessary.
