As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our travel design teams and ensuring timely execution of day-to-day operations. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks will be vital in maintaining the highest quality client engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with travel design teams to gather necessary information for the timely execution of operational tasks.
  • Confirm transportation, accommodations, and other logistics for clients.
  • Monitor and maintain company established confirmation guidelines.
  • Manage and reconcile monthly forward booking reports for hotels and guide services.
  • Foster a kind, positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and data analysis to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Support teammates in resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external travel partners.
  • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools, such as SQL, Excel and confirmations software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • A kind and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
