Position Overview:

The Aircraft Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and supervising the service operations for airline clients. This includes essential tasks such as de-icing, lavatory service, and refueling of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aircraft service operations for airline partners, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with airline operations to determine optimal load factors.
  • Review and authorize aircraft services for billing verification.
  • Conduct administrative duties, including equipment inspections and maintenance of ramp areas.
  • Serve as a primary contact between airline clients and ATS operations.
  • Provide support and direction to ramp agents as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in mathematics, computer literacy, and effective communication.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and obtain necessary airport security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift heavy objects and work in diverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
