Location: Perrysburg Ohio & remote/ Hybrid
Position: Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (Hybrid possibilities)
Hourly Rate: $16-20/hour depending on qualifications with growth potential
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Coordinator with strong proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience in general office and administrative duties. This role offers growth potential within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute commission checks.
- Handle ACH payments and ensure timely bill payments.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for various financial tasks and reporting & coordinate with book keeper.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Background in general office and administrative duties.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
