Position Summary

The Salesforce System Administrator at TFS plays a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and is committed to continuous professional development within the Salesforce ecosystem. This position involves gathering business requirements and feedback to devise optimal solutions. Responsibilities include comprehensive user management, addressing support requests, conducting training sessions, and developing scalable solutions with a focus on user satisfaction. This is a salaried role reporting directly to the VP of Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and configure Salesforce systems to meet user needs through scalable solutions and best practices.
  • Manage user accounts, including license management, user activation, deactivation, permissions, and security protocols.
  • Deliver user training and promote the adoption of new processes.
  • Address and resolve Salesforce support inquiries.
  • Document operational processes and procedures.
  • Research and implement Salesforce best practices, staying updated on new features.
  • Design and generate reports and dashboards that provide reliable performance metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
