This program is led by the Clinical Nurse Educator and supported by experienced RN‘s to help set you up for success at MMC. Together with your peers you will better understand how we practice at MMC by offering hands on guidance and training, collaboration with similar specialty units, and exposure to the clinical ladder. In addition to your preceptor, you will also be introduced to the Mentor Program where you will be assigned a Mentor for added support during your first year.

Our mission through this program is to ensure you have the training, resources and confidence needed as you begin your career with MMC.
