Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, with 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients. Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff is highly desirable.

Competitive Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
