Job Title: Medical Assistant/CNA - Front Office (S. DTC)

Location: Centennial, CO

Compensation: $22-$30/hour (Depending on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, professional in appearance and demeanor, motivated, and reliable. This role requires a blend of front and back-office responsibilities in a fast-paced and friendly South DTC medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Duties:
  • Manage the front desk: Answer phones, schedule patients, and handle patient flow (check-in/check-out).
  • Process payments and ensure accurate patient registration and updates.
  • Welcome all patients and visitors with courtesy, both in-person, over the phone and electronically.
  • Facilitate smooth patient flow by coordinating with providers and clinical staff.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the schedule and keep providers on track.
  • Participate in staff meetings and other in-services as needed.
  • Back Office Duties:
  • Assist with clinical procedures, including rooming patients and documenting medical histories.
  • Perform phlebotomy, injections (BHRT), and other medical assistance tasks as required.
  • Prepare procedure rooms, maintain autoclave, and manage surgical packet preparation.
  • Restock rooms and manage supply orders.
  • Ensure timely reporting of results and secure handling of protected health information (PHI).
  • Assist with various components of physical exams, including blood draws and injections.

Qualifications:

  • Certification & Experience:
  • Current MA/CNA certification with 3-5+ years of relevant front office and clinical experience.
  • Proven experience in front desk management, customer service, and back-office clinical duties.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and medical office management systems.
  • Social perceptiveness and a service-oriented approach.
  • A positive attitude with flexibility in changing situations.
  • Independent, motivated, and able to work well within a team.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with BHRT pellets/hormone therapy.
  • Background in medical weight loss.
  • Phlebotomy certification.
  • IV/Vein puncture experience.
