The Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides clinical oversight to the hospital by organizing, coordinating, and monitoring patient care while representing Administration during off hours, weekends, and holidays.
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor performs delegated responsibilities consistent with the scope of practice and operates within the philosophy and overall care delivery plan at The Medical Center of Aurora.
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure is required.Graduation from an accredited nursing school is mandatory.
Experience in ED and/or ICU is preferred.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of nursing theory and practice. Exhibits the ability to plan and provide nursing services effectively. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Demonstrates leadership within the healthcare team in planning and delivering patient care.
Located in Aurora, Colorado, The Medical Center of Aurora boasts over 346 beds.
It encompasses five medical campuses, including the Main South Campus, the North Campus Behavioral Health and Wellness Center, Centennial Medical Plaza, Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital, and Spalding Rehabilitation at P/SL.
