Entry Level Claims/Customer Support Specialist
QUAD is seeking an Entry Level Claims/Customer Support Specialist for an organization in King of Prussia, PA. Full-time hours (Monday through Friday) working primarily onsite.
The Entry Level Claims/Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members, brokers, and providers. This includes reviewing claims for accuracy, updating contacts, responding to emails, and sending claims over for processing.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Claims/Customer Support Specialist:
- Reviewing incoming claims for accuracy
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding organizational products and services
- Reach out to medical offices for any missing information
- Resolving customer issues
- Manage email and telephone requests for medical assistance services
- Ensuring quality metrics, queue performance, and other departmental metrics
- Documenting and updating customer contacts and claim information and files in system
- Communicating workload status and any issues with supervisor
Requirements of the Entry Level Claims/Customer Support Specialist:
- A recent Bachelor’s degree within the past 1-2 years
- 0-2 years of customer service or data entry experience, preferably in a service, retail or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation
Salary Range: $18 per hour
Assignment: Temp to Hire
Location: King of Prussia, PA (on-site)
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
