Job Description:

As a Logistics Account Executive at New Era Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by identifying and cultivating relationships with new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and convert them into long-lasting partnerships. You will play a crucial role in our mission to provide unparalleled 24/7 service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Negotiate price and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are cemented positioning NEL well for future growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially within the logistics industry, is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
