Additionally, Jelly Belly, known worldwide for its confections, was acquired in November of 2023.Work Location: RogersDue to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.Want to Make an Impact?Reporting to the Director of Sales for Walmart Confections, the Customer Business Lead of Confections will plan and execute business driving initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve company objectives aligned with customer objectives. He/she will build plans on the Walmart Confections business to deliver profitable, sustainable growth for Ferrara.Ways You Will Make a DifferenceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Own the process for Walmart Confections, coordinating all cross-functional needs, adhering to Ferrara & Walmart timelines: Modular Line Reviews, Feature Submissions, Samples, Item Setup, ForecastingBuild and retain long-term, collaborative relationships with Walmart via excellent customer serviceEstablish internal relationships to effectively influence and collaboratively achieve objectivesDevelop and implement short-term and long-term plans and strategies to deliver profitable, sustainable growth with Walmart businessesCreate and execute contingency plans to maximize growth while mitigating risksEffective cross-functional collaboration with Category Leadership Supply Chain, and Retail to maximize resultsMeet or exceed company growth objectives while adhering to trade budgetDesire to provide constructive input to continuously improve processesParticipate and provide support in Walmart JBPs, QBRs, and Innovation SummitsDemonstrate the companys core valuesAdhere to company policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedSkills That Will Make You SuccessfulThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Self-starter who proactively identifies business risks and opportunities with drive and influence to collaboratively pursue initiativesDetail oriented.
