  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential project issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track and resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, interior design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for furniture design.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality assurance.
  • Understanding of project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
