We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, provide guidance, coach and support sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and objectives to drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, and actively engage in strategic sales activities, including negotiations and closing deals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate sales goals, performance expectations, and provide training and development opportunities to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and present them to senior management to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the company's direction & services offered, and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers and prospects.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of successful track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales deals.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
