Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Road Touring Manager with a passion for live entertainment, specifically working with well-established world-touring comedians. This role requires travel both domestically and internationally.  The Road Touring Manager will collaborate closely with the comedian to ensure all touring duties run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in managing touring logistics for comedy or similar entertainment acts. When not traveling you will be working from our touring office in West Hollywood on all different aspects of the talent touring. 


Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee all aspects of tour operations, including coordinating travel arrangements, event logistics, accommodations, and transportation for the touring comedian and crew.

•Ensure all necessary travel documents, visas, and permits are prepared and updated for international and domestic travel.

•Manage and distribute daily ticket counts for shows, and coordinate with ticketing agencies and venues to ensure accurate reporting.

•Develop and maintain detailed tour schedules, travel itineraries, and show timelines.

•Liaise with venues, local promoters, and vendors to confirm all arrangements are in place and align with the comedian’s requirements.

•Act as the primary point of contact between the comedian, management, and other stakeholders, handling all communications efficiently.

•Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during tour operations, ensuring minimal disruption to the schedule.

•Assist in managing the tour budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial reconciliation post-tour.

•Coordinate with the touring crew for support services, including accommodations, transport, and catering needs.

•Maintain comprehensive records of all tour-related activities, including expenses, schedules, merchandise sales, and contacts.

•Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management as required.

•Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

•Perform additional duties as assigned to support the touring comedian and ensure successful tour operations.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a touring manager or in a similar role managing comedy or live entertainment tours.

•Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling various personalities and situations with ease.

•Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances and make quick decisions.

•Proficiency in using tour management software and standard office productivity tools.

•Must be available to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

•Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

•A flexible schedule and a positive attitude toward diverse cultures, comedy styles, and art forms.
