Job Overview:
Nonprofit Organization is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team onsite. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations and the Assistant General Manager, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure as well oversee a small technical team of two to three Jr. IT Techs. This includes managing network security, overseeing company applications, and ensuring the seamless operation of various systems within the park. The role requires a hands-on approach with a blend of cloud and onsite server management, along with maintaining our Ticketing, Retail, Food POS, inventory, Finance and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both end users and executive staff. You will also supervise and review the work of subordinate technical personnel. Capability to perform related administrative, supervisory, and technical work as required.

Responsibilities:
* As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the company infrastructure, network security, company applications, monitoring system logs, and managing the company's nodes and networks.
* Oversee a small Jr. technical team and assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance for IT support.
* Install and support computer systems, LANs, and train computer operators as needed.
* Responsible for managing and maintaining Point-of-Sale Systems, Payment Processing, VoIP, Digital Sound Network, and Security Cameras.
* Ability to create and maintain best practices with company systems.
* Responsible for managing and configuring DNS settings to ensure the reliability and performance of our email blasts and website webstore.
* Perform and apply system updates, security patches.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network problems.
* Maintain Workstations, Servers, Printers, copiers, scanners, Firewalls, Switches.
* Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
* Work with stakeholders, to gather requirements, build scopes, implement, and deploy solutions.
* Directs multifunctional teams, vendors, and end users in large complex projects.
* Keeps abreast of new developments in technical areas; monitors available hardware and software products from outside vendors and makes recommendations to management personnel in the use of such products.
* Configures and defines parameters for installation or testing of local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), switches, routers, firewalls, servers, D2D backup, load balancers, or related network equipment.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Technologies: Active Directory, Server, Desktop, Office 365 and SQL. Must be able to maintain and troubleshoot. Experience with End Point Security.
* Ability to effectively manage time and Project Management Skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems, design, develop, and test software and solutions.
* Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange Online, Windows Systems Update Services.
* Ability to communicate with end users and executive staff effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Act as a self-starter, be a systems thinker, Positive attitude.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* 5-10 years' experience in related experience.
* Microsoft Windows Server: 5 years
* Must possess strong people management skills, including selecting, training, developing, and coaching technical staff.
* Requires demonstrated skill in interpersonal relationships, making presentations, and verbal and written communications.
* Computer proficiency with ability to use Microsoft Office Products required.
* Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in supervising various programs including the handling of emergency situations, determining procedures, setting priorities, setting schedules, maintaining standards, planning for future needs, and resolving problems.
* Ability to apply supervisory and managerial concepts and principles; has the knowledge of administrative principles involved in developing, directing, and supervising various programs and related activities.
* Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
* Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
* Must possess a valid Driver's License
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to conduct employee meetings; provide detailed direction to staff, guests, and vendors; and write policies, procedures, reports, and other business-related documents and correspondence.
