We are looking for someone with previous HVAC experience, in addition to a candidate who will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in operations management, program management, budgeting, change management, and strategic planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource management efforts
  • Drive initiatives in the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and guidance to senior management to ensure operational success
  • Supervise and mentor a high-performing team


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in the HVAC space
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a minimum of 7 years in operations management
  • Strong ability to manage change effectively and drive strategic planning initiatives
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex programs and projects
