Office Coordinator

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Office Coordinator opening This long term temporary role offers part time hours, 15-20 hours/week. Pay is $19/hr.
Provide administrative support to the risk management team of a LV school. The risk management department handles insurances, workers comp, emergency management, and the protection of minors.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with injured workers and insurance companies regarding claim information
- Update department website
- Schedule meetings and organize meeting materials
- Assist in maintaining emergency preparedness and crisis management plans
- Help organize training sessions for faculty and staff and ensure attendance requirements are met
- Manage documents and office filing system
Candidates must have a passion for helping people and a genuine interest in gaining experience in risk management/insurance administration. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality is a must
