**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient intake processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Duties**:(including but not limited to)
- Screening patients and setting up new client profiles
- Placing clients with therapists based on individual needs and fit
- Following up on new patient inquiries within 24 hours
- Verifying and entering insurance benefit information
- Ensuring client consent forms and profiles are complete
- Perform other office management and administrative duties as needed
- Daily communication with other administrative staff

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills
- A detail-oriented mindset is essential
- Ability to adhere to procedures and work efficiently and independently
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- 1 year of previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Some college preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
