Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Business Development Representative at Smart Labor Management in Orlando., FL. The Sr Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Business Development skills
  • Inside Sales and Sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Prior experience in the construction or staffing industry is a plus
