ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations by assisting with the preparation of development and construction related documents.
  • Preparing and processing subcontract agreements, change orders, insurance, purchase orders, submittals, handling correspondence, maintaining e-files and paper files.
  • Maintaining project tracking logs.
  • Receive, review and approve subcontractor Certificates of Insurance for specific projects.
  • Invoice Coding
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendar.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Distribute, review and award request for proposal
  • Prepare and review all budgets
  • Prepare project take offs for potential projects
  • Design of spec houses
  • Coordinate ordering and delivery of materials
  • Liaison for realtors/ field/ subcontractors

COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency with financial statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation a plus.
  • Detail minded: demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and organization. Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exhibit sound and accurate judgment including time management skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Work well in a fast paced office arena.
  • Flexibility to work in a changing work environment managing competing demands and unexpected events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
