We are seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to join our exceptional team of hospice care professionals, making a meaningful impact through our core values of listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Office Manager (BOM) is accountable for the strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of the business office, along with associated operational functions of the agency, which include billing for reimbursements, payroll management, and administrative quality enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a medical office or medical business setting; experience in hospice operations is preferred
  • Experience in human resources is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with a strong motivation to meet deadlines
  • Possess advanced technical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by robust leadership and management skills
  • Commitment to high standards, integrity, and ethical practices
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to inspire and empower team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency
