Are you a detail-oriented and organized legal professional looking to make a significant impact? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Legal Billing Specialist & Conflicts Coordinator to join our law firm client\u2019s dynamic team in downtown Pittsburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Financial Management:
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely legal invoices.
- Manage client billing cycles, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Monitor and reconcile client trust accounts.
- Conflicts Checks and File Management:
- Conduct thorough conflicts checks to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
- Open and close client files accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and documents.
- Client Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and account status in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal billing and conflicts.
- Strong proficiency in legal billing software (e.g., TyMetrix, Elite, Aderant).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
