The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce (with certification) and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities:


  • Customize and maintain the Salesforce platform to support our B2B marketing strategies and workflows.
  • Manage the integration between Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between the two systems.
  • Build, configure, and automate marketing-specific processes within Salesforce to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights on campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define system requirements and implement solutions that align with our B2B marketing objectives.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, including Marketing, Sales, Business Development and leadership, enabling them to leverage Salesforce and Marketo effectively.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, particularly those relevant to B2B marketing and Marketo integration.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted marketing operations.


Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience with data management, analytics, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, and knowledge of CRM-MAP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders/
  • Preferred Skills: additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud); experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; knowledge of SQL and API integrations; familiarity with marketing technologies and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
