Job Brief

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with churches nonprofits and small businesses. If you are motivated and resultsdriven and enjoy working in a team environment we d like to meet you

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set followup appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Build longterm trusting relationships with clients


Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales customer service or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detailoriented
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
