Job Description Imperative Chemical Partners has an immediate opening for a Business Development Executive in the Dallas, TX area. If you are interested in joining a growing company with a proven track record of success, this is your opportunity. SUMMARY The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing relationships with current and potential customers to sell Imperative Chemical Partners. This position will play a key role in ensuring new business is won and transitioned to Imperative. The Business Development Executive is preferred to have thorough knowledge of specialty chemical products and solutions used in oil and gas operations. The position may also perform various duties related to evaluating and recruiting of business development and operations staff. JOB DUTIES: Execute business development processes effectively Facilitate regular conversations with operations and business development personnel to develop targets in areas of current operations Play an active role in developing strategy for key account execution, new customer expansion and current customer retention Provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers and operations personnel to answer questions and resolve issues Develop meaningful relationship at various levels of corporate and field staff of EandP companies to create opportunities to provide chemical solutions Maintain awareness for further sales opportunities and coordinate with appropriate personnel? Conduct market research to stay abreast on industry trends and customer activity Effectively represent Imperative at conferences, trade shows, and industry events Positively contribute to the improved awareness of Imperative Chemical Partners' name and image within the oil and gas industry Other duties may be assigned? REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION and KNOWLEDGE: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Acceptable driving record for a minimum of 3 years?
