Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating actionable investment opportunities.
  • Managing the acquisition pipelines for current portfolio companies.
  • Preparing investment committee reports to present to senior management.
  • Conduct modeling and financial risk analysis of business opportunities.
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis and work closely with internal stakeholders to assist in the company's strategic decision-making process.


Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a Finance related field is required
  • 1 - 3 years (Associate) or 6+ years (VP) of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategic management consulting.
  • Strong accounting, financial modeling, and data analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, and comprehensive presentations and memoranda.
