New York, New York, United States Nuveen Full time

Nuveen's Private Equity Impact strategy focuses on two primary themes – Climate Mitigation & Adaptation and Inclusion & Affordability – that aim to drive an inclusive transition to a sustainable economy. The Private Equity Impact team aims to generate strong, risk-adjusted returns for its investors while concurrently achieving important social and environmental outcomes aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, by investing in companies that drive efficiency, productivity, and scale in sustainable development for underserved people and the planet.

The Associate will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including financial modeling, transaction sourcing, due diligence and valuation, structuring, documentation and portfolio company management. The team currently possesses a strong, cohesive and supportive culture that uses a collaborative approach towards investing and adding value to portfolio companies.
