About The RoleWe are looking for current MBAs who have experience working in or are interested in focusing on various industries, serving private equity clients. These industries include:

As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex strategic problems, develop hypotheses, and execute quantitative analysis. You will also drive the development of primary research tools and analysis of large datasets.
Desired Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for individuals with:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in private equity at a management consulting or PE firm
- Professional working experience with exposure to commercial and operational due diligence in a management consulting firm
- Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques
- A strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program
- Aptitude for analytical work and creativity to solve complex problems

Intern CompensationThe applicable pay for this role is $3,650 USD Weekly. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
RequirementsUnrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. Marsh & McLennan Companies does not offer sponsorship for this position.
