Responsibilities:


The Sr. Power BI Developer will be responsible for defining the reporting solution and required data architecture. Their main focus will be creating standardized Power BI reports and semantic models. In addition, they will promote best practices, user adoption, and train others as needed.

Initial scope of work:

• Transition management system reports into Power BI dashboards

• Enhance report visualizations to make the data more insightful/actionable Additional elements that enable the reporting:

• Evaluate data pipelines & data storage. improve/automate where we can. (ETL tools, SQL database, etc.)

• Get off of MS Excel based processes

2. Strong understanding of Power BI's DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.

4. Skilled in designing and implementing efficient data models.

5. Proficient in transforming and integrating data from various sources for Power BI.

6. Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure smooth data migration.
