Must Haves:

This role involves leading the creation and integration of cutting-edge wireless communication systems for medical devices, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will guide system design and development, manage the integration and testing of BLE and RF systems, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and handle project management duties. Additionally, they will focus on optimizing system performance, creating comprehensive documentation, and upholding compliance with industry and medical standards, including FDA and ISO regulations.
