Job Title: Genesys Reporting SpecialistJob location: Jersey City, NJKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Genesys reporting tools.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to reporting.Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure high-quality data.Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys reporting tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys reporting technologies.Must-Have Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of [X] years of experience in reporting and data analysis, with a focus on the Genesys platform.Proficiency in Genesys reporting tools (e.g., Interactive Insights, GAX, ICON).Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
