--The Position—

The Reporting developer will be able to do designing and developing Tableau or PowerBI solutions, with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts, as well as expertise in big data, NoSQL, and SQL data query/extraction coding.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, NoSQL, and SQL technologies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Must Have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards.
  • Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
  • Experience with big data, NoSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.

Good to Have: -

  • Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
