As Client Experience Manager for Big League Performance and Rehab,

you have three main goals:


1)     Convert and Maintain Loyal Clients - This is accomplished through excellent customer service and communication with clients, creating a positive environment for all clients

2)     Create and Maintain Organized Clinic Operations - This is accomplished through managing owner and employee’s schedules as well as clerical and office tasks

3)     Grow Big League Performance and Rehab - This is accomplished through encouraging word of mouth referrals, organizing marketing activities and proactively contributing ideas to grow the company and brand


You must be enthusiastic, flexible, detail oriented and motivated as your tasks will vary depending on the client and company need. You will report directly to the owner and will work closely with all clients and employees in the company.


Specific Job Duties Include:


Business Administration + Operations


  1. Convert Leads into New Evaluations
  2. Answer Phone/Return Voicemails
  3. Manage Lost Patients Process
  4. Patient Follow Up
  5. Clean Clinic
  6. Inventory Supplies
  7. Maintain Clinic Equipment
  8. Process Official Records Requests 
  9. Act as Official Clinic Point of Contact (Phones & Email Requests)
  10. Maintain Staff Schedule
  11. Maintain Patient Schedule
  12. Process Patient Payments and Send Superbills


Marketing


  1. Plan, Prepare and Send Newsletter
  2. Post on Social Media As Needed
  3. Assist with Social Media & Google Ads
  4. Plan, Edit & Publish Blogs
  5. Coordinate & Plan Events/Workshops/Clinics
  6. Manage YouTube, Facebook & IG accounts
  7. Identify, Meet and Coordinate with potential marketing/referral contacts
  8. Maintain mailing list
  9. Maintain Retail Inventory
