In this position, reporting to the Director of Client Success and AV Director of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition for our primary offering (the Exchange), solidifying DDx's presence within the sector, and paving the way for future growth opportunities. This role is essential in advancing our strategies for client engagement and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities outline the primary functions of this role, with the possibility of additional tasks as needed by the organization.

Client Onboarding
  • Facilitate the onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive understanding of our platform's features and advantages.
  • Encourage and support clients in utilizing DDx products and services, showcasing key functionalities and their value in achieving client objectives.
  • Assist in creating training and educational resources to empower clients in effectively leveraging DDx.
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Actively gather and analyze client feedback, sharing insights and opportunities with relevant teams.
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to design and implement successful client acquisition and partnership strategies.
  • Communicate product feedback and suggestions to the DDx Product and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience (including internships and volunteer work) with external partners or clients; strong experience in managing organizational information, including client, operations, or project management.
  • Familiarity with political data tools and systems.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in political campaigns, progressive organizations, or data-related roles in electoral politics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Quickbase, is advantageous.
Additional Requirement:

Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Location:
  • This is a remote position, allowing flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. DDx operates as a remote-first organization.
  • While the role is remote, it may involve occasional travel for in-person gatherings or collaborative opportunities.

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
